Can I start without knowing the examination’s name?
Yes. Describe the fact you need to establish: who signed, what caused damage or whether a calculation is supported. The consultant helps identify a field, then the expert refines the question and materials.
Can a scan replace the original?
Not always. A copy may lack paper, ink or production features. Explain what is available first. The expert assesses what can be examined and which limitations must be stated.
Can I arrange an examination directly during a court case?
You can discuss feasibility. In Russian civil proceedings, however, the court appoints a judicial examination. A private engagement does not replace a court order. Keep coordination separate from the procedural process.
Does the report guarantee success in a dispute?
No. The expert addresses questions within their expertise. The court weighs the report with other evidence. A sound examination may not support the original assumption; that is still a meaningful result.
Why is there no single fixed fee?
The number of items and questions, material condition, methods, site visits and calculations affect the fee. Scope comes first, then pricing and timing. Urgency and additional work are discussed separately.
How do I arrange the work and send documents?
