Review the substance, not manufacture criticism
What was asked, what material was supplied, what work is described and do the conclusions follow? Review begins with the full report and attachments and, where available, source material. One awkward phrase does not necessarily invalidate the study. Observations need a specific basis and an explanation of their effect. Finding no supported defect, or having insufficient records, is also an honest result rather than a reason to invent objections to satisfy expectations.

A review helps frame questions and objections
In Russian proceedings, a review is not a universal procedural substitute for the available ways to address an expert report. It may identify incompleteness, ambiguity, inconsistent inputs or unsupported reasoning. Use of those observations depends on the case. The review does not automatically cancel the original report or compel a new examination. Clarify whether the purpose is to prepare questions, examine methodology or identify missing material for further consideration and procedural discussion.

Review the record, not a selected page
Provide the complete available report, attachments, questions and information about the examined material. Disclose unavailable objects and the resulting review limits. The reviewer’s expertise should match the subject of the original work. Fees depend on volume, complexity and source availability. The analysis may be followed by procedural submissions, expert explanations or a competent authority’s decision about further examination; those steps are not automatically included in the service of reviewing the report.
